New Delhi: Bollywood's 'Khiladi' Akshay Kumar has been voted most suitable actor to play the role of James Bond if the popular franchise is remade in Bollywood where an Indian actor has to play thr lead.

In an opinion poll conducted by Indiatvnews.com on facebook and twitter, most of the participants have voted Akshay Kumar as the preferred actor to play 007 James Bond.

In the poll,audiences were given the option to choose from Akshay Kumar,Hrithik Roshan,Prabhas and any other actor which they can think most suitable to play this role.

Akshay Kumar topped the poll with 58% online voters opting for him to play the role. Hrithik Roshan was at distant second with 27% opting for him to play the lead role.

The character of James Bond is known all over the world for his cars, his witty dialogues, his women, his drinks and costumes, his missions. The voters have said that Akshay Kumar has got the persona, style; charisma and attitude are at par to those of James Bond.

While some others have said Akshay Kumar is good looking, can do stunts and is also famous among ladies.

Recently Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has also gave his opinion that Akshay Kumar who is known for his physical fitness is best to play a role like the world-famous fictional spy James Bond.
