A minor fire broke on the sets of &TV show ‘Badho Bahu’, which stars Prince Narula in the lead.
The incident took place after one of the bulbs on the set burst out during the shooting.
Although, there haven’t been any injuries on the sets, the shooting was said to be halted for around 45 minutes.
The fire was later controlled with the help of a fire extinguisher.
Also starring Rytasha Rathore, the show was launched on September 12 and has won the hearts because of its concept.
‘Badho Bahu’ is inspired from Ayushmann Khurrana’s 2015 release ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ opposite Bhumi Pednekar. The movie featured the love story of a guy who got married to an over weight girl.
Similarly, in this show Prince Narula, who plays the role of a Haryanvi wrestler, is married to overweight girl Rytasha under family pressure.
Interestingly, ‘Badho Bahu’ marks the acting debut of both Prince and Rytasha. While Prince was earlier seen in reality shows like ‘Bigg Boss 9’, ‘MTV Roadies X2’ and ‘MTV Splitsvilla 8’, Rytasha, on the other hand, has been a theatre artist.
Reportedly, ‘Badho Bahu’ is a finite series with 260 episodes. The show also features Arhaan Khan, Pankaj Dheer, Sangeeta Panwar and Jaya Ojha.
