Anushka Sharma to produce 3 new films after wrapping up with Sui Dhaaga, Zero
After receiving critical praise and adulation for her third production venture Pari, Bollywood actress-turned-producer Anushka Sharma will be back into production with 3 new films. All of her previous production projects were of different genres and were praised by audience for opening the doors of varied sorts of movies in the industry. Currently, the actress is busy shooting for her upcoming movies Sui Dhaaga and Zero. After wrapping up the schedules, she will be back to producing films.
Talking to a leading daily, she said, “When I ventured into production, it was not something anybody else was doing. I was 25 and in the early stages of my career. It might have been daunting, but as a person, I love to tread uncharted territories."
As per the report, Anushka Sharma will be announcing three new projects under her home production venture. Talking about her upcoming films, she said, “Anushka is hand-picking and curating content that is clutter breaking. Karnesh and she will roll out three new films soon and all of them will be of different genres. If you look at what her production house has been doing, you will notice that they have experimented with and redefined diverse genres through their movies."
Another source added, “She is also empowering young and ambitious actors, directors, and technicians through her production house by backing their talent and standing by their vision. The next set of movies from her banner will live up to her philosophy."
This year, Anushka Sharma featured in Pari, which received critical acclaim from movie buffs across the country. Further, she will be seen in Sui Dhaaga opposite Varun Dhawan and Zero which features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Abhay Deol.
