India TV's Chunav Manch Rajasthan witnessed some interesting debates and heated arguments between top leaders over various issues that would impact the state Assembly elections scheduled to be held on December 7. The day-long event in Jaipur witnessed leaders like Rajasthan Congress president Sachin Pilot, Union Ministers Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Ravi Shankar Prasad and several others sharing their views, opinions over topics concerning Rajasthan elections.

Replying to queries from India TV Chairman, Editor-in-Chief Rajat Sharma, Sachin Pilot said: "I sometimes congratulate BJP leaders for projecting Vasundhara as their chief ministerial candidate, otherwise Congress would have been forced to exert itself two to five per cent more during campaign. With Vasundhara as the face of BJP, nobody can now stop the anger of voters in Rajasthan…On the other hand, we are within striking distance of coming to power."

Pilot said that Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje’s rule for the last five years had been one of “arrogance” (ahankaar). 

During one the sessions of Chunav Manch, Congress leader Deepender Hooda reacted strongly to BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi's statement that even his own party workers don't take the Congress president seriously. 

"A former Pakistan minister tweeted suggesting Rahul Gandhi's name as next PM, this shows who takes the Congress president seriously. Even Congress workers don't take Rahul Gandhi seriously," Trivedi said.

Responding to Trivedi's remark, Hooda hit back saying PM Modi and Amit Shah never forget to mention Rahul Gandhi in their speeches, this shows that they are rattled by the Congress chief.​
