Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) notification has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on its official website: ctet.nic.in.  

The 11th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be held on September 16, 2018. The exam will be conducted in 92 cities across India.

Interested applicants can directly view and download the notification from its official website: ctet.nic.in and can see the details of examination, syllabus, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates.  

Aspirants are advised to download the bulletin and read it carefully before applying online. 

The online application process will start from June 22 and the last date for submitting the online application is July 19. The fees can be submitted till July 21 before 3.30pm.

The CTET exam has two papers. Paper I is for those interested in teaching classes 1 to 5 while paper II is for those who wants to teach classes 6 to 8. 

However, if anyone is interested in teaching both levels, then they will be required to sit for both paper I and II.
