Vanzara blames Modi, Shah for 'encounter' killings

Jailed Gujarat police officer D.G. Vanzara has quit the police service after blaming Chief Minister Narendra Modi and former home minister Amit Shah of betraying police officers now in jail for alleged "encounter deaths".
