Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on January 17 paid tribute to Shaheed Pandey Ganpat Rai on the occasion of his 211th birth anniversary at Ranchi's district school campus. On being asked on the revolutionary leaders and martyrs not getting recognition, he said, "Things will change now." Pandey Ganpat Rai was a revolutionary leader in the Indian Rebellion of 1857.
