PM Modi embarks on his first visit to UK, David Cameron 'excited'

New Delhi/London: Prime Minister Narendra Modi embarked on his three-day visit to UK in early hours of the day today.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met him on airport and wished him luck for visit of the two nations.

Before leaving, PM Modi tweeted, “Leaving for UK. I am hopeful this visit will strengthen economic ties between India and UK & bring more investment to India. #makeinindia.”
