UP: Yogi Adityanath govt to impose additional cess on wine, beer for cow welfare

An additional cess of Rs 1-3 will be imposed on refilling of beer bottles. Similarly, a cess of Rs 0.5-2 will be applicale on beer manufactured in Uttar Pradesh.
