Patna hospital issues death certificate to alive COVID-19 patient

In a major goof-up, authorities at Patna Medical College and Hospital issued a death certificate of alive COVID-19 patient. Chunnu Kumar, aged 40 was admitted after apparently suffering from brain haemorrhage.
