Not implementing lockdown could have resulted in over 8 lakh COVID-19 cases by April 15: Govt

The Union Health Ministry said that in the absence of a nationwide lockdown and containment measures, the number of coronavirus infections in the country could have crossed 8 lakh cases by April 15.
