ISIS operative failed to attack around August 15 due to security arrangements: DGP Special Cell
Delhi DGP Special Cell Pramod Kushwaha on August 22 informed that ISIS operative caught in Delhi's Dhaula Kuan area tried to attack in Delhi around August 15 but failed due to security arrangements.
