India will develop COVID-19 vaccine by end of 2020: Harsh Vardhan

Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on August 22 stated that India will develop a COVID-19 vaccine by the end of this year as one of the COVID-19 vaccine candidates is in the third phase of the clinical trial.
