India reports 42,766 new COVID cases in last 24 hour

India reported 42,766 new COVID cases in the last 24 hours. 1,206 deaths were also reported in the same duration taking the overall toll to 4,07,145. As many as 45,254 people got recovered and discharged in past 24 hours. Currently, there are 4,55,033 active cases. Total 37,21,96,268 vaccines have been administered so far.
