Delhi violence not done by 'aam aadmi': CM Kejriwal

Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal announced to compensate slain Delhi Police Head Constable Rattan Lal's family with Rs 1 crore in Delhi Assembly on February 26 and also said that the violence is Delhi has not been done by the 'aam aadmi'.
