COVID-19: Third phase of sero-survey begins in Bhubaneswar

As COVID-19 spread continues in one of the worst-hit cities in the state, Odisha government's sero-survey is now in the third round in Bhubaneswar from today (October 16) to detect anti-bodies among the participants.
