COVID-19 outbreak: Security tightened at borders ahead of Delhi lockdown

Security has been beefed up at borders after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a complete lockdown in the national capital from 06:00 am on March 23 which will continue till March 31.
