COVID-19: India is still at less than 30% of its testing capacity, says ICMR

Indian Council of Medical Research Scientist Raman R Gangakhedkar informed that in India total 38,442 coronavirus tests have been conducted so far, although it's still less than 30 percent of country's capacity.
