Challenging to deal with thousands who came from foreign countries: UP Additional Chief Secy

Amid COVID-19 confirmed cases rocketing in the country, Uttar Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary Awanish Awasthi on March 24 said that in past ten days over 1 lakh people from foreign countries arrived in the state and it is also a big challenge for the state.
