Muslim Protestor briefly disrupts PM's speech at Vigyan Bhawan
A Muslim leader from North-East Delhi Dr Fahim Beg today raised his voice of protest over what he called the negligence of minorities by the government at a conference organised by the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
