An IAF plane to carry the mortal remains of former President APJ Abdul Kalam to Rameshwaram. From Madurai, Kalam's body will be taken by a helicopter to his hometown Rameswaram for last rites.
The funeral will be held in Rameswaram at 11 am tomorrow, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
