Delhi police arrested criminal wanted in looting more than 12 petrol pumps
Delhi Police on Sunday arrested Rizwan, a criminal, on charge of looting more than 12 petrol pumps in Delhi and western UP. Police said, Rizwan used to change his makeup everytime he committed a robbery.
