Delhi govt issues fresh guidelines, school authorities unhappy

Few weeks ahead of nursery admissions begin in Delhi schools, Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung has issued fresh guidelines following a Delhi High Court order passed recently in response to a PIL moved by a social jurist.
