This temple is located in Kaimur district of Bihar. The special thing about this temple is that besides the Panchmukhi Shivling of Lord Shiva, the idol of Goddess Parvati is also installed here. It is said that this temple is about 1700 years old and has been declared protected by the Department of Archeology. There are 4 gates to enter the sanctum sanctorum of this temple.
