Amavasya Tithi: By bathing and donating on this date gives virtuous fruits

Today is Amavasya date. By bathing and donating on this day, virtuous fruits are obtained. Also, there is a tradition to perform Shradh for the ancestors, due to which the ancestors are pleased. With the blessings of the ancestors, all the works are completed.
