Agra parents seek euthanasia for their children

A 42-year old father in Agra has written to the district officer addressing President Pranab Mukherjee for granting euthanasia for his 6 kids, suffering from neurological disorder. The daily wage labourer earns Rs 5,000 per month and therefore he can't afford the expensive treatment.
