New Delhi: Most ladies do not want to see muscles showing on their arms, thighs or legs. They see this as a manly thing. However, there are others who are working day and night to get these muscles. They have incorporated a change of diet and exercise routines in order to develop the muscles. As a result, there are many women bodybuilders in the world. The following is a list of top 10 female bodybuilders of the world: 1. Renne Toney Renne Toney officially has the largest biceps of any woman in the world. In February 2006, Toney's biceps were measured at the Arnold Classic Expo. Officials measured her right biceps at 20 inches (51 cm) and her left biceps at 20.25 inches (51.4 cm).She achieved her physique after 20 years of training. 2. Irene Andersen Irene Andersen was born in Denmark in 1966. Raised in Malmo but moved to Gothenburg when she was 20, Irene spent years in the gym, and worked hard to build this wonderful body. 3. Yolanda Hughes Yolanda Hughes turned pro in 1992 by winning the IFBB World Amatuer Titles and went on to win the 1997 and 1998 Arnold Classic Champion and also made six Olympia appearances. Through her pro career she competed strictly in either the Arnold or the Olympia, never variating to other shows. She competed at around 164lbs and is now retired from bodybuilding, operating her own business in Washington state. 4. Kim Chizevsky Chizevsky was born in 1968 in Mattoon, Illinois, and was raised in Decatur. Chizevsky was a multi-sport star in high school. In addition to participating in volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading, she ran the 100, 400, 800 relay, and mile relay, threw the shot and discus, and did the long jump. She then attended Southern Illinois University, where she studied to be a paralegal. While in college, she joined the dance squad and participated in aerobics. After a couple years of dance and aerobics, a friend convinced her to try bodybuilding. 5. Rosemary Jennings Rosemary Jennings was born in Barbados, West Indies. She was introduced to the sport by Aereal Johnson who was very persistent in transforming her body into that of a bodybuilder. She accomplished this after four years as an amateur on July 27, 2002 at the NPC USA held in Las Vegas. 6. Lisa Aukland Lisa Aukland won the 2008 IFBB Atlantic City Pro Women's Bodybuilding Championships held in Atlantic City, New Jersey. 7. Ana Claudia Pires Ana Claudia Pires is a Brazilian female bodybuilder. She is 8-time Rio de Janeiro state champion, 4-time Brazilian champion, 2-time South-American champion and placed 8th twice on the World Championship. 8. Nicole Bass Nicole Bass is one of the Largest Woman Bodybuilder in the world today.
