Ranchi, Nov 2: Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda today said tuesday a retired district judge would conduct a probe into the assault of former Chief Minister Madhu Koda inside Birsa Munda Central Jail. The name of the judge would be announced soon, he said.
Koda suffered a fracture in his right hand after being beaten up inside the jail yesterday. He is in a hospital here.
