If the Chief Minister "fails" to quit on his own taking moral responsibility for the blasts, the Centre must intervene by sacking his government and impose President's Rule in Bihar, the LJP leader said.
The state government appears not to have learnt any lesson from the Bodh Gaya blasts three months back and failed to make elaborate security arrangements for the BJP rally, Paswan said.
"Yesterday's serial blasts are a pointer to the fact that the people are not safe even in the state capital," Paswan said.
