Early this month Nitish Kumar targeted BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi after he attacked him at his rally in Muzaffarpur Masrch 3.
"Those who could not stop storms of revenge from blowing in Gujarat are claiming to drive winds of change. Can one ever imagine what would have happened had such people ruled Delhi in 1992 or 2002?
This nation would not have survived. Even the strongest body and mind cannot overcome heart attack. Secularism is the heart of unity of our nation."
Nitish Kumar has also attacked the BJP over special status to Bihar.
"It (BJP) ensured that Seemandhra got the special status but did not try for Bihar," he said.
