12:25pm- Modi: Jharkhand provides electricity to the rest of the country but the same state is reeling under acute power crisis. This should come to an end, power should be provided to each village. Jharkhand can become the pride of India's economic development.We took a decision on coal. Money will pour in Jharkhand's coffers. We took decisions that will help people. Earlier, 1 crore accounts were opened in one year, but now 1 crore accounts are opened in a week.Poor people of Jharkhand need electricity, roads, drinking water, health, education. I also belong to a poor family. I want to run a government for poor.

12:22pm- Modi: Youths want job. When it comes to marriage, I can understand talks related to caste and religion, but when it comes to employment…what is the need of such debate? Jharkhand is not an ordinary state. People from this state flock to other places in search of livelihood. Jharkhand has capacity, strength to provide jobs to its people… even it can provide jobs to people of other states.Our aim is not to make the government sitting in Delhi strong but our motto is to make people strong.

12:18pm- Modi: We have had enough of caste politics and nepotism. It's time for politics of development. Those who had to loot, have looted to the optimum level. We will do politics of development. We will give you a government committed for development, we should evaluate a government on the basis of development. Politics on the basis of caste and religion will not be allowed.

12:15pm- Modi: Now Jharkhand does not want coalition Govt. These deals do no good happens for the people.I appeal you to vote for a majority government. Fractured mandate will not serve the purpose. Polling at 33 seats is over. I appeal you to come out in large numbers to exercise your franchise in the remaining phases.

After 30 yrs we have a strong and stable Govt,Jharkhand has played an important role in it. The BJP has given ticket to Manish Jaiswal from Hazaribagh assembly seat.

Constituencies of Jharkhand which will go to polls in third phase on December 9 are – Kodarma, Barkatha, Barhi, Barkagaon, Ramgarh, Mandu, Hazaribagh, Simaria (SC), Dhanwar, Gomia, Bermo, Ichagarh, Silli, Khijri (ST), Ranchi, Hatia, Kanke (SC).

The Prime Minister will  address an election rally in Dhanbad on December 9.

The first phase of the five-phase polls for 13 seats on November 25 had witnessed a record 61.92 per cent polling whereas the second phase in 20 constituencies across seven Maoist-hit districts too recorded a higher voting percentage of 65.72 percent on December 2.

The remaining fourth and fifth phase polling will take place on December 14 and 20. Counting of votes will be done December 23.
