Jhansi: Gujarat chief Minister and BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi today asked Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi to either disclose the names of Muzaffarnagar riot victims who are in touch with Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI or apologise to these Muslim youths for leveling serious and baseless allegations against them.
Addressing a huge rally, Modi expressed surprise over the fact that Indian intelligence agencies were reporting to Rahul Gandhi who has not taken any oath of secrecy.
