On a question of proposed inquiry against former chief of Army staff V K Singh and Yoga guru Ramdev being questioned at Heathrow airport, she alleged it was a "dirty conspiracy".

"The energy and time Congress spent on working against Narendra Modi and his well wishers in the last few years, if the same force would have been used against Pakistan, victory would have been achieved," she said.

Maneka said there were continuous intrusions by China and Bangladesh, "but Congress is not concerned about the country".

The BJP leader said she would contest forthcoming Lok Sabha elections from Pilibhit, but her connect with the people of Aonla and Badaun would remain intact.
