It was a no-holds barred speech as Modi lashed out at the Congress, both in Delhi and at the Centre .

"Congress people, hear it from me. You can browbeat Mulayam, You can browbeat Mayawati, but you can't browbeat Modi, who comes from the land of Sardar Patel.

"I appeal to the people of Delhi. Don't miss the opportunity to vote. Before you go to vote, don't forget Nirbhaya, don't forget those who made Delhi the rape capital. Don't forget the police which used water cannons against protesters after Nirbhaya's gangrape.

"Don't forget the Delhi police which lathicharged Ramdev and his sleeping supporters at dead of night and killed an old woman. It was worse than Jallianwala Bagh

"Don't forget those who grabbed land in Gurgaon and their in-laws.
