It's PM discretion whom he makes minister: Joshi

On the ongoing power crisis in the state, including Kanpur, he said the state government should at first take steps to stop power theft in the direction of resolving the issue.

Ridiculing the state government over the Badaun gangrape case, the BJP leader, while mentioning the incident of buffalo theft of state minister Azam Khan, said the state administration had put its all efforts to search his buffaloes but remained inactive when a girl was disappeared.  

“State administration puts its all efforts in searching the buffaloes of a minister but remains inactive when a girl disappears,” Joshi said.
