North Gujarat:
Out of a total of 32 seats, BJP is expected to get 24 seats, Congress 7 seats while others are expected to get 1 seat only.
A comparison with last assembly results makes it clear that it's a case of no gain, no loss for BJP in North Gujarat this time as it is again expected to win 24 seats.
Congress, on the other hand, is expected to lose one eat while other parties are expected to gain 1 seat.
In terms of vote percentage BJP will get a total of 47 percent votes, Congress 39 percent while others look set to corner 14 percent of popular votes from the region.
