Manoj Singh Sinha is the Minister of State for Railways in Narendra Modi government.
A BJP MP, Manoj represents Ghazipur Lok Sabha constituency in 16th Lok sabha.
Manoj was born on July 1, 1959 in Mohanpura, Ghazipur District, Uttar Pradesh.
He has a B. Tech. degree in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi.
From 1989-1996, he was a member of the national council. In 1996, 1999 and in 2014 he was elected to Lok Sabha.
He was among the seven most honest members of parliament according to India Today and he had used all the money allotted to a parliament member for public welfare, which is rare these days.
He was the President of the Banaras Hindu University Students Union in 1982.
