New Delhi: The Election Commission, waking up from it slumber eight days after Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi made his controversial speech, on Friday night issued a show cause notice to the Gandhi scion for
Issuing the notice to Rahul Gandhi, the Election Commission said "prima facie" the model code of conduct for parties and their leaders have been violated, and asked Rahul Gandhi to submit a written reply by November 4.
