New Delhi, May 7: With both Houses of Parliament stalled again for the fourth consecutive day today, the main opposition BJP today said important bills like Food Security Bill and Land Acquisition Bill will be passed only when the two ministers, Law Minister Ashwani Kumar and Railway Minister P K Bansal first resign.

BJP leaders Gopinath Munde and Rajiv Pratap Rudy said today that the two ministers must first resign, only then will the opposition allow Parliament to function and pass important legislations.

BJP leaders said, in the Railgate case, the Railway Minister's nephew had been caught by CBI accepting a huge bribe for appointments on the Railway Board, and in the Coalgate case, the CBI director has clearly told the Supreme Court that the Law Minister Ashwani Kumar and some PMO officials made changes in the draft probe report.
