“The non observance of the House Rules by the pro-term Speaker Congress' Chaudhary Mateen Ahmad is surprising,” Jolly said.
“It was a sad day since intelligence and literacy of the non-partisan position of the Speaker and Chief Minister have been compromised. This is objectionable and against all the rules governing the conduct of elected Delhi MLAs,” he said.
