New Delhi: Vinod Kumar Binny, the AAP MLA from Lakshmi Nagar, has threatened to go on indefinite fast from January 27 if the Kejriwal led Delhi govt fails to fulfill the promises it made in its manifesto to the people of Delhi.

Coming out openly against the functioning of Kejriwal govt, Binny accused Kejriwal of taking the people of Delhi for a ride on promises relating to electricity and water. He said that the present govt has put a rider on water usage.

In its manifesto, the party had promised free water up to 700 litres but now the consumer has to pay for the entire consumption if the usage exceeds 700 litres.

Binny also accused Binny of going back on waiving the electricity bills of those who refused to pay bills after AAP launched civil disobedience movement. He termed it as a betrayal of the people of Delhi.

The rebel MLA accused Kejriwal govt of working on instructions of Congress party. He said that the strategy of Kejriwal is to somehow to spend 2 months in power after which model code of conduct will come into force.

He also said that Sandeep Dikshit is a close friend of Kejriwal and a secret understanding between Congress and Kejriwal can't be ruled out.
