Prime Minister Narendra Modi met his mother Heeraben early this morning. In a tweet message, Modi said that he had skipped his early morning Yoga schedule to meet his mother.
The Prime Minister visited his younger brother Pankaj Modi’s house in Raisan village on the outskirts of Gandhinagar to meet his 95-year-old mother. Prime Minister took breakfast with his mother and other family members.
The Prime Minister arrived here on Monday afternoon on a two-day visit to inaugurate the Eighth Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit at Mahatma Mandir in Gadhinagar.
He will also meet 60 CEOs of Fortune 500 companies in Gandhinagar later today.
Yesterday, he had presided over pre-summit events in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad.
The summit aims to provide a platform to debate global economic and social issues on the lines of the World Economic Forum in Davos. Large delegations from 12 partner countries of Vibrant Gujarat including the US, the UK, France, Australia & Canada are also attending the summit.
