Rise Tower, a proposed skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, aims to become the world's tallest structure at an astonishing 2 km (6,562 ft) height. Planned with 678 floors, it would stand 1,180 m taller than Dubai's Burj Khalifa and nearly 1,000 m higher than the upcoming Jeddah Tower.

The Jeddah Tower, or Burj Jeddah, is a skyscraper under construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, designed to be the world's first 1-kilometre-tall (3,281 feet) building, standing 180 m (591 feet) taller than the Burj Khalifa. The tower will be the centerpiece of the Jeddah Economic City project and will feature residences, offices, a luxury hotel, and the world's highest observation deck.

Oblisco Capitale is a planned megatall skyscraper in Egypt's New Administrative Capital, designed to be 1,000 meters tall in the form of a Pharaonic obelisk, with an integrated water channel that symbolizes the Nile River. The project encompasses 210 floors and is planned to be a mixed-use complex, including amenities such as residential units, hotel apartments, shops, and restaurants. The architectural design of Oblisco Capitale is a mix of Pharaonic and Art Deco styles.

Burj Azizi, currently under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, is set to become one of the city's most iconic landmarks. The proposed height of the tower is 725 meters, which is 103 meters less than the height of the Burj Khalifa. It will feature luxury residential apartments, a seven-star hotel, a retail mall, offices, and the world's highest observation deck and restaurant, offering mixed-use spaces that include apartments licensed for Airbnb and standard residences.

Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is a 122-storey supertall skyscraper currently under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Standing at 517 metres (1,696 ft), it is set to become the tallest building in Dubai Marina and potentially the tallest residential tower in the world. The project is slated for completion in 2028.
Shanghai North Bund Center, also known as North Bund Tower, is a 480 m (1,570 feet) skyscraper under construction in Shanghai's Hongkou District. The tower will rise 97 storeys above ground and 4 below, making it the tallest building in Puxi. Designed for mixed use, it will feature offices, a hotel, serviced apartments, and an observation deck.

Designed to reach 595 m (1,952 ft) with 104 floors and 7 basement levels, it will be crowned with striking diamond-shaped spires.
