4. 6.5mm Carcano Model 91/38 carbine rifle (shot JFK)



This rifle was used by Lee Harvey Oswald in the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas, to assassinate President John F. Kennedy. It was manufactured at the Royal Arms Factory in Terni, Italy, in 1940. Its serial number identified it as the single weapon of its type made with that number. The 4-power telescope, made by Ordnance Optics, had been attached to the rifle.
