New Delhi, Apr 25: BJP general secretary Vijay Goel on Monday demanded Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit's resignation and arrest for her alleged complicity in the Commonwealth Games scams.
Goel said, the V K Shunglu Committee, appointed by the Prime Minister's Office, has in its report clearly pointed fingers at Sheila Dikshit, and she should also be made accountable like IOA chief Suresh Kalmadi.
Goel went further and said, the entire Organising Committee was reponsible for clearanace of tenders and action shoudl be taken against the then Sports Minister S S Gill, the then Urban Development minister and the head of New Delhi Municipal Council.
