New Delhi: A study done by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), University of Washington has reveled that India has more female smokers than any country except the US.
According to the study the estimated number of women smokers is over 12.1 million.
In 2012, female smoking prevalence was 3.2%, which is virtually unchanged since 1980.
