Marine Drive

A combination of nature and human creativity, Marine Drive is the place where the great Arabian Sea touches the land of Mumbai.

Known as ‘Queen's Necklace', Marine Drive is a famous tourist spot and is also known as Sonapur as the locals residing in the area call it.

Marine Drive is originally named as,'Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road'  and it is is a 3 kilometer  long, six lane concrete road  located in southern Mumbai which stretches north along the coastline, forming a natural inlet. This C-shaped road links Nariman Point to Babulnath, and is situated at the base of Malabar Hill.

 
Huge crowds of people come to this place to walk along the beautiful footpath and to view the dazzling scene of the setting sun at dusk. The picturesque beauty of the perfectly lined palm trees offers its visitors an enthralling experience.
