Kollam : The Mata Amritanandamayi Math has donated $1 million for the rehabilitation of the victims of a typhoon that hit the Philippines five months ago.

A cheque was handed over by Embracing the World (ETW), a worldwide network of charities inspired by spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, to the Office of the Philippines president in Manila April 2.
