Later, the state government had formed a judicial commission headed by Justice VK Agrawal to probe the incident.  “The commission had published a notification in Chhattisgarh Gazette (Extraordinary) on July 19, 2013 for submission of representations, affidavits and documents etc.  related to the incident. Thereafter, the time limit for submission of evidences was extended number of times,” an official said here today.

“Even letters were sent to the family members of the deceased and notice was published in the local newspapers but no information, affidavit, document or other evidence in the context could be received,” he said.
