New Delhi, May 10: A Delhi court today ordered framing of charges against former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda and Aruna Chadha in air hostess Geetika Sharma suicide case.
The court said, prima facie charges of rape, unnatural sex, abetment of suicide, conspiracy, forgery under IPC and IT Act are made out against the former Haryana minister and airline owner Gopal Kanda.
The judge sent the matter for trial before a special court trying sexual offence cases.
